  • Contract period can be used from 1 month or more .(For details please ask the staff)
  • It is NOT allowed to use the room as a office and storage.
  • We can provide a set of "Futon" (4,000+tax JPY/1 set) at additional cost, if it were needed extra.
    （details ; comforter, mattress, pillow, and a set of sheets）

    The staffs will call you back later as for vacancies and charges.
    ※Only if you use our monthly apartment system within 1 week, please make sure to call us directly, not to send e-mail.
    ※Sending e-mail doesn't mean that we acccept your application immediately. We will make a phone call you after receiving.
  • When you make a contract, please make sure to bring your ID card, like passport to make a copy of it.
    In addition, tell us the contact information of representative.
